About Me

Allwyn was born and raised in India, but also spent some of his formative years in Dubai. Growing up, he was always passionate about cricket and soccer. To him, these team sports are a great representation of his “All-Win” philosophy. Allwyn has always believed in the old adage that it’s not always about whether you win or lose a game, but how you play it. “As long as everyone gives their all, there are no losers,” he says.

Inspirational Approach
It’s this same outlook that Allwyn and his wife, Sharon, strive to instill in their three young boys—Kyle and twins Keegan and Keenan. Whether they are playing sports or achieving educational milestones, he teaches them that each experience in life is always more rewarding when they put their best foot forward and give their all.

A Path to the Top
Allwyn has applied this approach throughout his own professional career. He started out in the hospitality industry, working at some of the most renowned hotels in India and Bahrain. Allwyn worked his way up the ladder into key management positions. His expertise was customer service, as he was well-known throughout the industry for going out of his way to make sure his guests were always taken care of. Allwyn believed it was the small personal touches that made the biggest difference. When he transitioned into a career in banking, this same approach served him— and his customers—well. “Banking was different because I knew I was dealing with people’s livelihoods. They were entrusting me with their financial well-being and I was determined never to disappoint,” Allwyn says.

Making A Positive Impact
When Allwyn moved to Toronto, his family settled in the community of Levi Creek. He decided to apply his financial knowledge and strong customer service skills to real estate. For him, it was a way to work more closely with people and truly make a positive impact in their lives. As you might expect, Allwyn’s aim is to turn every real estate transaction into an “All-Win” situation. He’s an expert negotiator, he forms strong bonds with other professionals in the real estate industry and he knows how to get to the heart of what matters most to his clients. When you put it all together, Allwyn makes sure his clients’ best interests are protected at all times while making the process smoother for everyone involved. Another reason people are drawn to him is because he’s a straight-shooter. He isn’t afraid to provide honest advice or set realistic expectations for his clients. “People expect the best from me and they deserve honesty and integrity throughout every step of the process,” Allwyn says. “That’s what creating ‘All-Win’ experiences is all about.”
